T2 Asphalt Recycler
The KM International Asphalt Recycler will produce a quality batch (2,600 lbs. every 20 minutes) of asphalt from recycled pulverized asphalt, millings, or sawcut materials to produce a patching material that will exceed Department of Transportation asphalt specifications and standards.

Infrared Asphalt Recyclers
These versatile infrared asphalt recyclers are designed for common occurring asphalt problems – repair improper seams, sunken utility cuts, lower elevated or buckled surfaces, refinish manholes, potholes or other broken areas. The penetrating infrared rays of the recyclers quickly soften the existing asphalt without burning. Much less new asphalt required. No unnecessary equipment, less manpower per repair. A green process that makes sense and profits.
- Independently controlled heating zones to isolate desired repair area and conserve propane consumption
- Automatic pilot ignition makes KM infrared the easiest and safest to ignite
- Cycled heating times allow for greater heat penetration and minimizes the chance of burning top layer of asphalt

Asphalt Hot Boxes
Thermostatically controlled heat allows minimum propane consumption while keeping asphalt at working temperature for up to 3 days. When new asphalt is unavailable, stock-piled or used material can be loaded for reclaiming. Have hot mix year-round. Teamed with a KM Asphalt Recycler, just stockpile and recycle it with a KM Asphalt Hotbox Reclaimer.
